Terms & Conditions for Wellcome Pick-up Services​​
  • In order to provide convenience pick-up service and ensure that customers can pick up their beloved items, IKEA will arrange for the delivery of customers' purchased goods to the selected pick-up locations. ​​

  • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be changed. If a customer is unable to pick up the goods within the selected designated pickup date, time, or location, the items will be returned to the warehouse of IKEA three days after the scheduled pickup date, and the transaction will be automatically canceled. The refund will be processed within 10 days from the originally selected pickup date and returned to the customer's original payment method used during the purchase.​

  • "WELLCOME" pick-up location is subject to change due to the actual situation on the actual day of delivery If there is any change in the pick-up location or time or date, IKEA will contact the customer by phone to make the relevant arrangements.​​

  • All expected pick-up dates and times shown on the SMS messages are estimates only. IKEA shall not be liable for any delays for causes beyond its control.​​

  • "WELLCOME" only provide pick-up services. If you need to return a product, please contact IKEA.​

  • No pick-up services shall be available when Typhoon Signal No. 8 or the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted, or such other weather condition whereby the pick-up services is considered unsafe, IKEA will contact customer to make the relevant arrangements.​​

  • The Customer shall present the Sales order invoice at the selected pick-up location for order pick-up, and signed off the receipt with indication of pick-up time. "WELLCOME" may need further information to verify the identity of the customer (such as personal information of the customer).​

  • IKEA reserves the right to decline any customers from picking-up the products at its sole discretion absolutely.​ IKEA reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions herein at its sole discretion without notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of IKEA is final and binding.​​

  • IKEA reserves the final right to interpret the terms and conditions herein. In the event of conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.​ ​
