• From 1 October 2020, customer can receive a 45th anniversary special gift upon purchase of HK450 in a single transaction at IKEA stores in Hong Kong and Macau. 45th Anniversary Gifts are offered on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last. Every customer can only redeem one special gift per day.
• This offer is valid for purchases made in IKEA Causeway Bay store, IKEA Shatin store, IKEA Kowloon Bay store, IKEA Tsuen Wan store and Macau store, but not applicable to online purchases.
• This offer is not applicable to any spending in IKEA Restaurant and Café, Swedish Food Market, IKEA Bistro, IKEA FiKET, allservice charges, and purchases of non-IKEA kitchen applicances, display items, bargain items, and IKEA Gift Cards.
• If the designated spending requirements of this activity cannot be fulfilled due to any refund or exchange, customer is required return the 45th anniversary special gift.
• IKEA reserves the right to vary or interpret the conditions of the offer. In the event of inconsistency between the English version and any other language translations, the English version shall prevail. IKEA‘s decision is final in all matters relating to this offer.

• From 1 October – 18 October 2020, customer can receive a HK$100 shopping coupon upon purchase of every HK$1,000 in a single transaction at IKEA stores in Hong Kong. A maximum of HK$500 worth of coupons (5pcs of HK$100 coupon) will be given to each single purchase. Coupons are offered on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last.
• Shopping coupons can be used from 19 October – 4 November 2020 inclusive for purchases of home furnishing products at any IKEA stores in Hong Kong. One HK$100 coupon can be redeemed upon purchase of HK$200; two HK$100 coupons can be redeemed upon purchase of HK$400, and so on.
• This offer is not applicable to any spending in IKEA Restaurant and Café, Swedish Food Market, IKEA Bistro, IKEA FiKET, all service charges, and purchases of non-IKEA kitchen appliances, display items, bargain items, and IKEA Gift Cards

• Promotion period: 1 October 00:00 – 18 October 2020 23:59 (GMT +8). Customer can get a E-coupon code upon purchase at designated amount in a single transaction at IKEA Hong Kong online shopping - HK$100 E-coupon code for purchase of HK$1,000, HK$200 E-coupon code for purchase of HK$2,000 and HK$300 E-coupon code for purchase of HK$3,000 and so on. A maximum of one E-coupon code valued up to HK$500 will be given to each single sales order. Customer has to complete the purchase and payment within the stated promotion period to enjoy this offer. The offer and purchase time will be based on the records of IKEA Hong Kong’s server. The shopping coupon code will be sent on or before 22 October 2020 to the email address that the sales order is placed with.
• The E-coupon codes can be used from 22 October – 4 November 2020 inclusive for purchases of home furnishing products at IKEA Hong Kong online shopping. HK$100 E-coupon code can be used upon purchase of HK$200; HK$200 E-coupon code can be used upon purchase of HK$400; HK$300 E-coupon code can be used upon purchase of HK$600; HK$400 E-coupon code can be used upon purchase of HK$800; HK$500 E-coupon code can be used upon purchase of HK$1,000. Only one E-coupon code can be used in each single sales order and each E-coupon code can be used once only.
• The designated spending requirement of this offer is only applicable to net product price and excludes all service charges. 
• If by any chance, the initial purchasing conditions will not be fulfilled till the end because of any refund or exchange, the E-coupon will be cancelled or / and the customer will have to pay for the spent coupon amount.
• This offer is only applicable to products with stock available in warehouse. Stock availability may be affected by excess demand, and the inventory levels may not be updated on the website in real time. In stock out cases, we will contact customer via phone or email and assist accordingly.
