How to use?

Download the background you like and save it in your computer.
(note: smartphones and tablets may not support the virtual background feature)

Open "Setting" in zoom

Press “+” in the “Virtual backgrounds”. Go to the location where you just saved the background, and choose the background.
(remember to untick the “mirror image” function, otherwise the background will be laterally reversed)

You will have a new background for the next video call!

Download the background you like and save it in your computer.

Open the folder, then copy and paste the link: %AppData%\Microsoft\Teams\Backgrounds\Uploads

Save the downloaded background to the folder you have just opened in the previous step.

Click “Go to” on the menu at the top of the screen, and open “go to folder”, then copy and paste the link: -/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/Backgrounds/Uploads

Tip: the background will look more natural in a bright room lit by natural light or when the ambient light is close to the background.
Notes
- All background images are for personal use when using video conferencing software only. Commercial use, such as advertising and marketing, is prohibited.
- The copyright of the background images is owned by Inter IKEA Systems B.V. Reproduction, reprinting and distribution are prohibited. The source shall be credited when using the images.
- To switch the virtual background, please refer to the instructions of the video conferencing software.
