Terms and Conditions of Double Your yuu Points Campaign
  1. The Double Your yuu Points Campaign (”Campaign”) will be held from 00:00 on October 25, 2024 to 23:59 on November 5, 2024, inclusive of both dates (“Promotion Period”).
  2. To be eligible for the Campaign and earn yuu Points, yuu Members must fulfil the following requirements ("Eligible Member(s)"): 
    • Registered as a yuu Member, and downloaded and activated the yuu App to earn yuu Points.
  3. During the Promotion Period, yuu Members can earn a total of 2 yuu Points, comprising 1 yuu Base Point and 1 yuu Promotional Bonus Point ("Promotional Bonus Point(s)"), for every HK$1/MOP1 spent by either presenting their yuu ID at designated yuu Partners or linking their yuu Accounts to the official online stores of yuu designated Partners.

    • Limited Time Offer is not applicable to transactions with yuu Insurance Partners (including FWD Life Insurance Company (Bermuda) Limited, Hang Seng Insurance Company Limited, Chubb Insurance Hong Kong Limited, Allianz Automotive, part of Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty SE Hong Kong Branch (incorporated in the Federal Republic of Germany with limited liabilities), yuu Fashion and yuu Travel Partners (including Trip.com, Agoda, Expedia, Klook, and Wing On Travel).

  4. The following transaction items shall not be eligible to earn Promotional Bonus Point under the Campaign: EPS EasyCash withdrawal, any top-up services, purchasing gift vouchers, infant formulas (stage 1), prescription drugs, cigarettes, redemption items under reward stamp campaigns, online game cards, mobile phone prepaid cards/SIM cards/top-up vouchers, Octopus cards/products, Octopus top-up services, gift cards, prepaid cards, Macau Pass reload services, any entry tickets/transport tickets/postage stamps, plastic shopping bag fees, plastic boxes, last 10 Octopus transactions print-out, prepayments, e-vouchers, bill payments, donations, top-up services (including but not limited to Octopus, Macau Pass/MPay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Tap & Go, TNG, and other e-wallets), delivery fees and shipping costs for each order, fax and photocopying services, mobile charging services, parcel collection and return services, locker services, parking payments, Inspiration Lake activities, D self-service laundry, IKEA for Business/service consumption/purchase of non-IKEA kitchen appliances and stoves/display items/special discount items, IKEA gift card/orders and designated products/promotions/stores, transactions at Shell stations in Macau/Shell dedicated LPG filling stations/Shell Recharge charging stations, and Pharmacy products at Mannings stores in Macau.
  5. In case of any loss, invalidity, or expiry, yuu Points earned under this Campaign will not be re-issued. Any transactions and spending found to be fraudulent, or eventually cancelled/returned, will be considered ineligible for this Campaign. yuu reserves the right to revoke any associated Bonus Points.   6. When will I receive the Promotional Bonus Points?
    • yuu Insurance Partners (including FWD Life Insurance Company (Bermuda) Limited, Hang Seng Insurance Company Limited, Chubb Insurance Hong Kong Limited, Allianz Automotive, part of Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty SE Hong Kong Branch (incorporated in the Federal Republic of Germany with limited liabilities): All yuu Promotional Bonus Points will be credited to the Eligible Member’s yuu Account within 30-60 days upon receipt of yuu Base Points and Bonus Points for designated products. 
    • yuu Fashion/Travel Partners: All yuu Promotional Bonus Points will be credited to the Eligible Member’s yuu Account within 180 days (starting from the day when the Merchant delivers the product(s)/ service(s) and/ or the service/ booking completion date).
    • yuu Dining Partners/Retail Partners/Hong Kong Shell stations: 1x yuu Promotional Bonus Point will be credited to your yuu Account within 1 week after the transaction. In some circumstances, there may be a delay in updating your yuu Points balance, but we will endeavour to reflect the latest balance as soon as possible. yuu Points will be credited to your yuu Account after the collection of purchased goods from Maxim’s, KFC, Pizza Hut and PHD.
    • The Bonus Points from Hang Seng enJoy Card Limited Time Offer will be credited to the Eligible Member’s yuu Account by February 2025.
  7. The actual yuu Points earned by Eligible Members shall be based on the recent transaction records shown in the yuu App. In some circumstances, there may be a delay in updating your yuu Points balance, but we will endeavour to process and reflect the latest balance as soon as possible. In case of any dispute, the yuu records shall prevail.
  8. Eligible Members participating in the Campaign are deemed to agree to and accept these terms and conditions, yuu Terms and Conditions (https://www.yuurewards.com/en/terms-and-conditions) and yuu Rewards Club Privacy Policy (https://www.yuurewards.com/en/privacy-policy), and be bound by Hong Kong law. Please read these terms carefully before participating in the Campaign.
  9. All personal data collected by DFI Development (HK) Limited will be subject to its privacy policy. Please visit https://www.yuurewards.com for details. 
  10. To the extent permitted by law, yuu, its agents, partners, or issuers will not be liable or responsible under any circumstances to compensate participants or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death arising from earning yuu Points.
  11. If there is any conflict between the information contained in the promotional materials for this Campaign and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall apply and prevail.
  12. In case of discrepancies in the Campaign terms and conditions between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
  13. yuu reserves the right to terminate this Campaign or change the terms and conditions of the Campaign without prior notice.‎
  14. In case of any dispute, the decision of DFI Development (HK) Limited shall be final and binding. Other yuu terms and conditions apply.
General Terms and Conditions of Earning Up to 9X yuu Points by Hang Seng enJoy Card
  1. This Promotion is applicable to Hang Seng enJoy Card which is linked to yuu Rewards Programme, including enJoy Visa Platinum Card and enJoy Spending Card (except enJoy Business Card and enJoy Commercial Card) (“Eligible enJoy Cards”).
  2. From 25 October 2024 to 5 November 2024 (“Limited Time Offer 1 Promotion Period”), each eligible enJoy Card can earn extra 4X yuu Points from “Limited Time Offer” at “Designated Merchants” (please refer to hangseng.com/enjoycard for Designated Merchants details); enJoy Card customers can also earn up to 4X yuu Points year-round at Designated Merchants, so a total of 8X yuu Points can be earned. In addition, from 25 October 2024 to 5 November 2024 (“Limited Time Offer 2 – “Double Your yuu Points Campaign Promotion Period”), customers can earn extra 1X yuu Points at “Designated yuu Partners” (please refer to https://m.yuu.hk/jDit for Designated yuu Partners details). Therefore, the combined total Points under “Limited Time Offer 1” and “Limited Time Offer 2” is earn up to 9X yuu Points. 
  3.   4. Eligible transactions and eligible merchant codes shall be classified according to the merchant codes/transaction types as defined by Visa Worldwide Pte. Limited, Mastercard Asia/Pacific (Hong Kong) Limited and UnionPay International or determined by the respective merchant's acquiring bank, and at the sole and absolute discretion of Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”). Hang Seng has no obligation to clarify which transactions are eligible for the yuu Points before the customers conduct the transactions. The decision on the eligible transaction definition of Hang Seng shall be final. 
  5. All products, services and information related to this promotion are directly sold and supplied to customers by related merchants who are solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities. 
  6. All transactions that are found to be fraudulent or eventually cancelled / returned will be considered as ineligible transactions and are not applicable to this promotion. 
  7. Offers shall be terminated upon closure of the relevant merchant(s). 
  8. Hang Seng will determine the eligibility of all Rewards based on transaction records held by Hang Seng. In case of any disputes, Hang Seng’s records shall be final and conclusive. 
  9. Customers must keep the original sales slips of all posted transactions. Hang Seng reserves the right to request customers to provide the relevant original sales slips for verification. All sales slips submitted to Hang Seng will not be returned. 
  10. Eligible enJoy Cards are rewarded with yuu Reward Points. Please refer to hangseng.com/enjoycard for yuu Rewards Programme details. 
  11. Extra yuu Reward Points will be calculated based on the amount of each individual eligible transaction. The yuu Reward Points rewarded will be rounded down to the nearest point. The yuu Reward Points less than 1 yuu Point will not be rewarded. 
  12. All rewarded yuu Reward Points cannot be transferred or converted into cash under any circumstances.
  13. Hang Seng reserves the right to suspend, vary or terminate this promotion and the related offers and to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The decision of the Bank on all matters relating to this promotion and the related offers shall be final and binding on all the parties concerned.
  14. No person other than the Customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions. 
  15. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. 
  16. These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements. 
  17. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions. 
Terms and Conditions for “Limited Time Offer 1”:
  1.  This Promotion is applicable to Hang Seng enJoy Card which is linked to yuu Rewards Programme, including enJoy Visa Platinum Card and enJoy Spending Card (except enJoy Business Card and enJoy Commercial Card) (“Eligible enJoy Cards”).
  2.  During the Promotion Period, customers spending with Eligible enJoy Cards at “Designated Merchants” (please refer to hangseng.com/enjoycard for Designated Merchants details) are entitled to earn an extra 4X yuu Points (including all spending transactions by physical card, mobile payment and online transactions, but not applicable to transactions paid via e-wallets).  Eligible Mobile Payment Transactions include any transactions settled by Mobile Payment Services with an eligible Hang Seng Credit Card registered to Apple Pay, Google Pay™ and Samsung Pay™ recognized by Hang Seng Bank (excluding AlipayHK, WeChat Pay HK, Tap & Go, PayMe and UnionPay App).   3. To be entitled to the extra yuu Reward Points, the Eligible Credit Cards should remain linked to in the yuu Rewards Programme mobile app from the Limited Time Offer Promotion Period to 28 February 2025. 
  4. All extra yuu Reward Points of “Limited Time Offer 1”(“Extra Rewards”) will be credited to the relevant offer’s eligible credit card accounts in February 2025, and such credit card accounts should remain valid and in good standing when the Extra Rewards are credited.
  5. For the purposes of calculating and verifying the Extra Rewards entitlement, customer shall agree to and accept the transfer by yuu Rewards Programme to Hang Seng, of the data and information relating to the transactions made by the customer (in the Limited Time Offer 1 Promotion Period using Hang Seng enJoy Card) to enjoy the “Limited Time Offer 1”.

Terms and Conditions of yuu Insure
  1. yuu Members ("Members") must successfully enrolled in any insurance policy(ies) using the yuu App during the Promotion Period ("Eligible Policies") and subsequently click "Claim" inside the yuu App in order to be eligible to enjoy extra 1X yuu Point offer (“Eligible Members”). Details of the extra 1X yuu Point offer are as follows:
    • Eligible Members who have successfully enrolled in any insurance policy(ies) during the Promotion Period will earn an extra 1 yuu Point for every HK$1 premium paid ("Promotional Bonus Points") (1 yuu Base Point + 1 yuu Promotional Bonus Point);
    • The Promotional Bonus Points will be calculated based on the amount of first-time premium payment after deducting any premium waivers/ discounts/ premium levies, applicable to monthly, annual and aggregate premium payment method.
    • For policies settled in a currency other than Hong Kong Dollar, the premium amount will be based on the exchange rate of the underwriting insurers.
  2. Eligible Members can enjoy Promotional Bonus Points in conjunction with yuu Base Points and Bonus Points for designated products.
  3. The Promotional Bonus Points will be credited to the yuu membership accounts of Eligible Members within 30-60 days upon receipt of Base Points and Promotional Bonus Points. Except for single-trip travel insurance policies, all Eligible Policies must remain in force when the Promotional Bonus Points are credited. For single-trip travel insurance, policies must have never been cancelled when the Promotional Bonus Points are credited.
  4. DFI Development (HK) Limited(「DFI」)is a licensed insurance agency registered with Hong Kong Insurance Authority (licence number: GA1026) appointed by the authorised insurers and authorised to promote and market insurance products of the relevant authorised insurers as agent.
  5. DFI and insurers reserve the right to cancel any earned Points as a result of any abuse of the Activity or other improper conduct by the yuu Member as determined by yuu and the insurers in their sole judgment.
  6. DFI reserves the right to extend or terminate this Activity or change the terms and conditions of this Promotion without prior notice.
  7. In case there are any discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English versions shall prevail. In the event of any dispute, DFI and insurers shall have the right of final decision.
Terms and Conditions of yuu Fashion and yuu Travel
  1. This offer is valid from 25 October 2024 to 11 November 2024, both dates inclusive.
  2. yuu Members’ online purchases of products and/or services from all brands in “Fashion” category or book at Trip.com, Agoda, Expedia, Klook or Wing On Travel in “Travel” category (“Merchants”) through the yuu App are subject to the following terms and conditions. As the product(s) and/or services are provided by the relevant Merchants, such purchases are therefore also subject to the terms and conditions of the Merchants (including but not limited to delivery and return policies).
  3. yuu does not have any involvement with the product(s) and/or service(s) offered by these Merchants, and will not be responsible for them.
  4. yuu Member who purchases products and/or services (excluding delivery charges, taxes, handling fees, service fees, personal expenses, meals, minibar, beverages, phone, laundry, other extra costs and similar charges charged to the room account, discounted, invalid, cancelled, returned and/or exchanged products, and any other items and/ or booking which are not applicable and special items as determined by the Merchants) (each an “Eligible Transaction”) will earn 1 yuu Point for every HK$1 dollar spent (“Base Points”) plus extra 1x Promotional Bonus Point during Campaign Period ("Promotional Bonus Points"). yuu Member may also earn Bonus Points, which vary depending on the Merchant (“Bonus Points”). The Bonus Points that a yuu Member is entitled to are based on the Bonus Points published on the yuu App on the date that the yuu Member completes the transaction. Base Pointsand Promotional Bonus Points are collectively referred to as “Points”. Please refer to the product list under “Details” for bookings and special items not eligible for yuu Points (“Product List”). (If any)
  5. If a yuu Member settles payment in a foreign currency, the exchange rate used for calculating the number of Points the yuu Member can earn is determined by the Merchants
  6. yuu Members should retain their receipt until the related Points have been successfully credited to their yuu Account.
  7. In order to earn Points, yuu Members must access the Merchant’s website through the designated link in the yuu App and complete the transaction there. yuu Members will not earn Points for purchases made directly on the Merchant’s website.
  8. The Points earned by a yuu Member for an eligible transaction will generally be credited to the yuu Member’s Account within 180 days (starting from the day when the Merchant delivers the product(s)/ service(s) and/ or the service/ booking completion date). The actual Points crediting time may vary depending on the duration of the verification process, reconciliation and payment settlements situation between yuu and the Merchants. If yuu Member requests for refund or cancels the designated transaction after the receipt of product(s) and/or service(s), yuu Member will not be eligible for earning any yuu Points for such transaction.
  9. The product(s) and/or service(s) that yuu Member purchases/books from the Merchants through the yuu App will not be eligible for other promotional and discount offers provided by the Merchants (unless otherwise specified). The Points earned by yuu Members are not exchangeable for cash or other product(s) and/or service(s) with equivalent cash value.
  10. The following non-exhaustive list contains some of the most common reasons for ineligibility:
    • yuu Member returned a product to the Merchant or cancelled a service/booking;
    • yuu Member’s last click to the Merchant’s website did not come from a link designated by yuu;
    • A transaction was completed via the Merchant’s mobile application after using the link designated by yuu;
    • yuu Member used other promotional offers provided by the Merchant;
    • yuu Member running some kind of pop-up-ad / ad-blocking software or browser extension / add-on that affects tracking;
    • yuu Member’s payment failed or did not meet the requirements of a Merchant’s credit check (if applicable);
    • yuu Member’s purchase did not satisfy the Merchant’s terms and conditions;
    • A transaction was completed via an old version of the yuu App; and/or
    • yuu member purchases and/ or books product(s) and/ or service(s) on Product List that are not eligible for yuu Points (if applicable).
  11. All products and/or services are provided by the relevant Merchants directly to yuu Members. yuu and the DFI Retail Group are not the supplier of the product(s) and/or service(s) provided by the Merchants, and make no representation, warranty or guarantee as to the description and quality of the product(s) and/or service(s), and accept no liability for any matters arising from, or in relation to, the same. The relevant merchants are solely responsible for providing their product(s) and/or service(s) to yuu Members and for any obligations and liability that might arise from their product(s) and/or service(s).
  12. If there are any enquiries relating to yuu Points, please contact yuu; if the enquiries are related to any product(s) and/or service(s) (including but not limited to the quality of the product(s) and/or service(s), delivery arrangement, etc.) purchased from a Merchant, please contact the Merchant directly.
  13. yuu and the Merchants reserve the right to cancel any earned Points as a result of any abuse of the offer or other improper conduct by the yuu Member as determined by yuu and the Merchant in their sole judgment.
  14. yuu reserves the right to extend or terminate this offer or change the terms and conditions of this offer without prior notice.
  15. In case there are any discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail. In the event of any dispute, yuu and the Merchant shall have the right of final decision.
