FAQ
Due to some universities restricting third-party pick-up services, this free service only includes Hong Kong University, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and Chinese University of Hong Kong. You can still shop online and arrange for delivery or visit our stores.
If you fail to pick up on the specified date and time, our delivery staff will call you that day to arrange for pick-up.
There is no minimum spending amount for this service. An additional charge of $28. Free of charge for orders above $150.
Please check the products carefully upon pick-up. For assistance, please visit IKEA store; for online order inquiries, please email enquiry@ikea.com.hk (9:00am - 6:30pm), we will follow up within 24 hours by email or phone.
To protect our environment, we encourage you bring your own shopping bags when picking up.
This free service only includes self pick-up at designated locations and times. If door-to-door delivery service is required, please select our standard delivery service when placing the order.
Our delivery staff will send you the real-time location via SMS upon arrival at the pick-up point so you can pick up according to the real-time location. If you still can’t find it, you can also call the Customer Support Center for assistance.
