  1. All products selling in the bargain are sold on a first-come-first-serve basis. Any kind of products reservation is not accepted.
 

  1. Check the product condition carefully and our price tag has an explanation why the product is being offered in the bargain corner.
 
  1. Take the product after paid at the customer service counters. All products in bargain corner will not reserve for later pick up.
     
  2. Products selling in bargain corner does not enjoy 365 exchange and return and / or any product guarantee and / or Love it or Exchange it (for mattress only) policy.
     
  3. Products selling in bargain corner cannot be exchanged or returned once paid.
  4. You will find tools and wrapping supplies in wrapping area.
Delivery Service Instructions for AS-IS Items at Sai Wan Ho bargain corner:
  • The delivery fee for clearance items will be calculated based on the original price of the goods.
  • For buildings without lift or for product that can only access through staircases, there will be additional delivery charge of $100 per item per floor, limited to a maximum of 8 floors.
  • Service covers addresses only within a 100m parameter of the unloading point. For addresses outside the prescribed scope, HKD$300 surcharge per item will be collected and receipt will be provided by IKEA authorized delivery service provider.
  • This service does not apply to Lantau(south of Shek Mun Kap road)  and others outlying islands.
  • This service does not apply to sunday and public holiday.
  • For bargain / AS-IS items, the delivery fee will be charged according to the price and cannot be combined with new items.
  • During the delivery and handling process of bargain / AS-IS items, there may be scratches or damages. Customers are responsible for assuming the associated risks.
  • The delivery fee for AS-IS items is non-refundable, and the items cannot be returned. Please ensure the size and dimensions of the purchased items are suitable for the elevator, stairs, and the designated delivery location's entrance, to avoid any difficulties during the handling process.
  • If sofa dismantling and assembly service is required (only applicable to three-seater sofas or above): $400/unit.
  • Delivery service is not applicable to restricted areas, road which prohibited truck weighted 5.5 tones (Hong Kong) or above, apartment under renovation, exhibition site, warehouse, hotel, boat house/boat, construction site, container terminal, addresses where goods delivery have to go through the balcony or places where the on-site environment does not allow the delivery of the purchased goods. If delivery is required to the passenger terminal, the customer shall arrange the sea delivery and cargo loading and unloading by himself/herself.
  • In case of bad weather conditions, serious flooding or blocked or closed roads, the deliveries may be delayed or suspended. Please contact Sai Wan Ho bargain corner for rescheduling.
  • If purchase product with wall safety accessories like high cabinets or drawer cabinets for securing them to the wall and preventing tipping hazards.
  • There will be no refund of delivery fee on delivery failure due to an unattended recipient address upon arrival of goods at the appointed time. Should delivery be rescheduled in such circumstance, we will require additional delivery charges.
  • IKEA reserves the final right to interpret the terms and conditions herein. In the event of conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.

1. What is Sai Wan Ho pick up point and bargain corner?
Sai Wan Ho pick up point and bargain corner allows customers to collect their merchandise quicker and save on delivery charges when ordering IKEA products. Customers can now arrange to pick up their merchandise at the Pick-up Point, no matter which store they order from or when they have purchased online. There is no size and weight limitation for the items to be picked up at the Pick up Point, so customers can have more options to collect the merchandise.

2. Is there any additional charge if I order the merchandise and choose to collect at the Pick up Point?
There is no extra cost for customers who choose to collect their merchandise at the Pick up Point.

3. Can we arrange pick-up service for the product we purchased in any IKEA store?
Customer can arrange to pick up the merchandise at the Pick up Point for the product purchased in any IKEA stores or purchased online.

4. Can I buy the display products at the Pick up Point?
The display products at the Pick up Point intended to offer you home furnishing inspirations and thus are for display only. Customers are recommended to visit our IKEA stores in person for more inspiration from our room setting displays. There are computers available at the Pick up Point for customers to purchase IKEA products online. Moreover, the display setting of the Pick-up Point will be changed according to the season or theme. Customers are welcome to visit the Pick up Point often to find out more.

5. Is there return service at the Pick up Point? Can I return the discounted items purchased at the Pick up Point?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please bring your unused item in its original package with you, and return either the original Sales Memo or printed Online Sales Order Invoice. Please come in person to the Merchandise Pick-up Point within 365 days of the date of the Sales Memo or Online Sales Order Invoice for a refund. If customers only bring the invoice without the ordered goods, the return requirements will not be accepted. If customers want to return the goods that have not yet been collected, please go to our stores for the arrangement.

Customers must carefully check the discounted items purchased at the Pick up Point before payment. The discounted items cannot be returned after the transaction is completed.

6. After the order is placed at IKEA stores, how long does it take to arrange the pick-up at the Pick up Point?
After the transaction is completed at stores, customers can collect the merchandise at the Pick up Point after 6 pm the next day.

7. After confirmation of the online order, how long does it take to arrange the pick-up at the Pick up Point?
We will contact customer within 3 days to arrange pick-up service for online orders.

8. How long can the ordered merchandise be stored at the Pick up Point?
We will provide free storage for 2 days. However, due to the limited storage space, if the customer fails to pick up the merchandise within 3 days as counted from the agreed pick-up date, the merchandise will be returned to our warehouse on the 3rd day. The transaction will then be automatically cancelled. For customers who purchased the products at stores, please arrange the refund at our stores with the receipt. For customers who purchased the products online, we will arrange the refund according to the payment method by customer.
If the customer still needs the product, they will need to order the product again.

9. Is there any parking offer?
Customers can enjoy 30 minutes free parking* offered by Hing Tung Shopping Centre. Access to the designated loading zone on G/F at Hing Tung Shopping Centre using octopus card, the first 30 minutes is free, and the charge for the first two hours afterwards is $24 per hour, and $48 per hour afterwards. This parking service is offered by Hing Tung Shopping Centre. Please contact the shopping centre concerned for details and the most up-to-date information.

10. Will you provide instant delivery service for merchandise collected at Pick up Point?
We can provide the contact information of the local delivery service provider for you to arrange transportation of your goods home.

11. Is there a trolley borrowing service in the Pick up Point?
Yes. Customers can borrow shopping trolleys by leaving parking permits or a deposit of HK$600.
