Merchandise Pick-up Loading Car Park
IKEA Merchandise pick-up loading area is located on L3 next to the customer service area. It provides 14 parking spaces and 30 minutes of free loading time. You can load your purchase into your own vehicle or a rented van in the IKEA Merchandise pick-up loading area.
*Overtime parking fee of HK$60 per hour will be charged after 30 minutes (start count on 31 minutes).
*MegaBox free parking promotion is not applicable in the L3 IKEA Merchandise pick-up loading area.

*Pick-up Locker service is only applicable to online buyable products with package size smaller than 30cm x 50cm x 30cm and weight not excess 10kg.
