Exchange and return

1. If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return the new and unused products together with the original invoice to the store where you made your purchase within 365 days from the date of purchase or 3 days after the goods collection.
    
2. Please note that exchange and returns for purchases made in Hong Kong must be made at the original store of purchase in Hong Kong, whilst purchases made exchange and returns for purchases made in Macau must be made at the original store of purchase in Macau.
    
3. We cannot accept exchange or return of previously assembled, open packaging or damaged items, discounted display items, food, plants and customized products .
    
4. We will give you a full refund by the same method as your original payment for products that are returned with the invoice. For payment made with credit card, please bring the concerned credit card with you.(There are no cash returns - Tsim Sha Tsui Plan and order point, Tai Koo Plan and order point, Hang Hau Plan and order point, Sai Wan Ho pick up point and bargain corner)
    
5. In case you change your mind after goods delivery and you require onsite retrieval service, HKD$200(Hong Kong)/HKD$1,000(Outlying Islands)/ MOP$300 will be charged.
    
6. IKEA reserves the final right to interpret the terms and conditions herein.
